In our competence field "TOOLS" we are concerned with two different topics:

Firstly, there is the entire range of articles that come into question for supplying our customers. In the field of machining, these include standard tools like drills, indexable inserts and milling cutters as well as special tools for individual production tasks. Depending on the details of the contract, other articles such as grinding wheels or selected C-articles can also be added. Our office personnel are in constant contact with the respective suppliers so that we can offer you an optimal price-to-performance ratio over the long term.

Secondly, we also have many years of extensive expertise in optimising business processes in purchasing and in the warehouse. Our focus here is on the continuous enhancement of our consulting competence in order to implement the organisational change processes initiated together with you in the shortest possible time and at the lowest possible cost.

A key element of our supply contract is the use of highly efficient eProcurement software for the direct online processing of all orders. With KROMI eCommerce, a software solution we developed in-house, you the customer can directly access a jointly defined article catalogue. The advantage of our software solution is not just its adaptability to individual organisational tasks, but in particular its interfaces for integration into an existing ERP system and to other innovative KROMI software solutions.
