Following the initiation of a squeeze-out procedure under stock corporation law by the main shareholder Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV in November 2022 and a resolution by the General Meeting on February 27, 2023, the squeeze-out was entered in the commercial register on June 27, 2023. KROMI's shares were delisted from the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on the same day, and the delisting was confirmed on June 29, 2023.
