KROMI Logistik AG: Information of the Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV on the public takeover offer of 4basebio AG
Hamburg, January 20, 2021 - 4basebio AG today published its decision to make a public takeover offer to all shareholders of KROMI Logistik AG within the meaning of Section 10 (1) in conjunction with Section 29 (1) and Section 34 of the WpÜG. §§ Section 29 (1), 34 WpÜG (see also 4basebioag.com/de/investment-case/kromi-uebernahmeangebot/). In this regard, the Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV, which according to the latest notification holds 81.73 % of the shares and voting rights in KROMI Logistik AG, as well as options for a further 3.27 %, informed KROMI today that it will not accept 4basebio AG's offer either in full or in part on the basis of the information available.
